Lead time for all orders is 90 days and begins with receipt of 50% down payment, as confirmation of the order, unless otherwise noted by Customer Service.

The remaining 50% to be paid in full 7 days prior to shipping date. Goods will ship when invoice is paid in full.

RETURNS

ANAKTAE does not offer a return policy due to the hand-made and customized nature of our products.

WARRANTY

Our items are guaranteed for one year after purchase against mechanical defects.

ANAKTAE will repair or replace defective components or products.

Any defective items or damages must be documented and reported within 30 days of receipt. We are not responsible for repair or replacement of damages reported after this time.

If damage has occurred in shipping all packaging must be retained by receiver. The damage must be documented.

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper cleaning solutions or methods, improper installation or assembly by the customer or the customer’s agent or damage caused by exposure to weather or improper environment.

WARNINGS FOR FURNITURE

Furniture are heavy objects. Handle with care.

Beware of the corners of the furniture. Beware of your feet when moving furniture.

Beware of your hands and fingers on closing doors and/or drawers.

Serious or fatal crushing injuries can occur from furniture tip-over.

To help prevent tip-over:

Do not seat or lean on furniture. Do not open all doors and/or drawers at the same time.

Place heaviest items in lower drawers or shelves.

Do not forcefully move or rock the furniture.

Never allow children to climb on furniture and/or climb or hang on drawers, doors or shelves.

To prevent the furniture from tipping over, fix it permanently to the wall.

WARNINGS FOR LIGHTING

Light fixtures are heavy objects. Handle with care.

Do not move or carry the light fixtures by holding only from the neck, move or carry the light fixtures by holding from the base.

Beware of the corners of the light fixtures. Beware of your hands and fingers when moving the light fixtures.

Serious or fatal crushing injuries can occur from heavy light fixture tip-over.

To help prevent tip-over:

Do not forcefully move or rock the light fixtures. Keep away from vibrations and/or drafts.

Never allow children or pets to access the light fixtures or their cord.

To prevent the risk of fire:

Use maximum wattage light bulbs, as described on specification sheets of the light fixtures.

Always use the light bulbs as indicated on specification sheets of our light fixtures.

Do not cover the light bulbs and/or the light fixtures.
